Dont mean to worry you, but mine were immediate! I think they normally are, never heard of a delay for etickets before.

Maybe call your Creditcard firm and see if they have the charge or not?

just oredered mine x4 and done the survey, for $150, hope its not buy something for $75 and we give you 5 or 10 off would prefer its say $300 and heres a voucher for $150 or is that being greedy? bondy

I was about to book the buy the three days for the price of two deal for $117 each. Will get these instead now as 7 days unlimited suits us better. Thank you

Ordered 7 day tickets yesterday and have a confirmation number but no email as yet. Could the delay be due to Easter?

I ordered last night and my ticket order came through straight away. tickets were attached on a pdf file. I'd give it today, then ring up if they don't come through.

Same problem here - ordered on Tuesday 18th but nothing received. E-mailed Universal on Thursday and pdf file with tickets e-mailed back on Friday. Best send them an e-mail from the Contact Us page on the website.

Sent a email explaining that I had not thad a reply to me order and hey presto a very polite email almost by return supplying the tickets.
