Mobile KLM will prices go down

I’ve been stalking KLM prices from tees valley to MCO for ages now. (Changing at Amsterdam).
For the basic flight they have been around £1k for the 3 of us (1 child).
They have finally made our dates available and they are £1800 (on top we would need to pay luggage and seats). Is there a chance these will drop again. I promised that I would find cheap flights this time around and especially to stop us travelling to Manchester to get them.

No one officially knows otherwise no one would book flights - you maybe best looking to see when KLM tend to have sales.

You would be best using a tool to monitor flight prices and trend.

Ignore this - I’ve got them through Air France for £1k.
They must have bought up the seats or something!

When looking at KLM, I tend to price up with Air France and Delta also.

Often finding Delta the cheapest.
Unfortunately it does forfeit your right to EU compensation if you get a bad delay as the carrier is not EU based.

Just checked delta and same price as KLM so I know I’ve made a good choice now! 😁

Only on the return - on the outbound, EU261 rules apply.

To quote Money Saving Expert:

"An EU flight is where the flight departed from an EU airport, regardless of the airline OR where an EU airline landed at an EU airport. Under this law, EU airports also include those in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.

So a delayed Manchester to Miami flight qualifies, regardless of the airline. Yet for Miami to Manchester, you are entitled to compensation flying Virgin or KLM, but not on Air India."
