Audio and Visual out of sync

Hi
we have sky broadband (fibre optic) and have a good download speed (can't remember the number but I know the males in the house were all v impressed). However whenever we stream anything from netflix etc, we still end up with the audio and visual very slightly out of sync which drives me mad- Is there anything that can be done to improve this or is it simply to be accepted?

It won't be anything to do with your BB service. Shut everything down.
The problem will be with whatever is processing your NF single - PC/TV/STB etc.

This happens on our firestick sometimes. You can go into the settings and change the audio to plus or minus bits of a second.

you're thinking of streaming through kodi, aren't you?

you don't get an audio offset option on netflix...

unlikely to be a broadband issue, more likely either a problem with your playback device/installation, or an issue with something in the hdmi chain if you're going out to a surround sound amp or something... all depends on your setup i guess...
