Disney swan / dolphin - adult only pools?

Hi - does anyone know if Disneys Dolphin / Swan hotels have a adults only - or 'quiet' pool please?

Also - Is there any great difference between a stay - they vary slightly in price so I am wondering why one would be slightly better than the other?

thank you

They are owned by 2 different hotel chains which is why you might see a difference in price.

I donít think they do have an adult only pool but the last time we were there the lap pool was practically empty most of the time.
