Hotels with kids clubs Orlando

Hi folks,

Thanks for having me on your forum !

We have booked the flights to the holiday of a lifetime for Mum, Dad and the kids and we plan to visit lots of the parks together while there.
However, Mum and Dad will need a bit of down time by the pool and I know from previous experience that everyone has a better holiday when the kids are kept entertained – normally in a kids club.

Could someone recommend a hotel that has a kids club we could use in Orlando?

Thanks
Rob

Welcome! Are you looking at a Disney hotel or an offsite hotel? I’ve never really looked at kids clubs in Florida because we’re generally all happy together, but at Disney hotels they usually have some entertainment round the pool, treasure hunts, tie dye t shirts, quizzes and hula hoops etc. Offsite hotels I have no idea, sorry as we go from Disney/universal to a villa.

They aren't really a thing here except for a few in the evening. The activities around some resort pools still require a parent to supervise.

Lake Buena vista resort had a fantastic kids club when we went a few years back.

There's one at the Swan and Dolphin ... not cheap through.
If you want a Disney holiday with kids clubs for significant periods a Disney cruise might be a better option.

My girls loved the one at the Dolphin but it doesn't open until 4. It is free if you dine at one of the nicer restaurants but not even open in the daytime. As you say, cruises are the only places I know of with more European style kids clubs.
