Gatorland, or wild Florida park by taxi.

As we are staying on international drive, and doing universal, SeaWorld, discovery cove, we aren't hiring a car.
We'd like to see a bit of wildlife tho, just wondered if anyone has used Uber or Lyft to get to either gatorland or wild Florida and back?

Gatorland would be fine although 10 miles and approximately 25 minutes away. Wild Florida is very isolated though. It is 35 miles and at least 45 minutes from I Drive. You might be able to get an UBER to take you there but I wouldn't be confident there would be one in the area when you wanted to go back. They do have their own shuttle bus so it might be worth seeing if they do a package including transport.

Don't try and go to go to Wild Florida on a Sunday. We were very surprised to find it closed.

We haven't used taxis for Gatorland, because at the time Uber wasn't a thing and nor were '3' sim cards, so we didn't know how we'd ring for one back. However after using Uber over there in recent trips, I wouldn't hesitate to use them for Gatorland at all.

Wild Florida, your best bet would be to book a package through somewhere like Grayline that includes tickets and transport. It's quite a way away, (as Donna said), and I don't know who you'd find (taxi-wise) to take your there and also come to take you back.

We have been to both and would not try Wild Florida by Uber there are tour companies who operate day trips. If we did not have our own transport would probably opt for Gatorland.
