Mobile Plans submitted for new 350-unit DVC resort at Disneyland

Could be interesting...I’d love to have a shot at getting into a Disneyland resort at 7 months!

I have had ZERO interest in a further DVC purchase for a long time. This - depending on purchase price - may change that. We’ve tended to visit the west coast a lot more than Orlando over the last few years.

This will be a goldmine for them, I’m currently trying to book 3 nights for next summer and it’s not easy, even in 1 beds.

This is my favourite Disney hotel. Might need a small add on...

This might not even get built as its going to be a hard slog getting that approved by the local government in California. They are not as easy as Reedy Creek.

Also no way I will be paying nearly $300 expected a point, currently Grand California waitlist is closed and last selling price was $260 a point. (only option is currently via the very small resale market)

Since there are so many units I do hope this will release it up a bit but I am thinking the owners at 11 months will just book it all out.
