We have booked 5 nights at AMI for next August and really looking forward to it. Albeit a shock to the system how expensive it is compared to Orlando.

One thing to bear in mind about Cape Coral is that lately there are generally hidden fees that are not included in the initial quoted price, This can also include being charged for all electricity used. In October this amounted to $150 for a two week stay for two of us.
