Quick questions!

Can someone please confirm if towels are provided in the Santa fe and if I can ask for bed rails?

Yes for towels.
Usual hotel rules - throw them in the bath if you want them replacing.

Dunno about the rails as we have no kids.

Anyone?

Haven't read about bed rails anywhere, only cotbeds, I think

We got bed rails from the quality inn plaza when we stayed there, Id say the hotel will have some around, so ask.
If not and youre driving try walmart or target you may get them v.cheap.

towels, yes but Im not sure you would be able to fit rails onto the double beds at the Santa Fe.
