Public parks and Nature walks

Hi, looking for any nice walks to spend a couple of hours.
parks and lakes. anything scenic really.

We had a lovely walk at Lake Louisa. You can also hire bikes and kayaks. Nice picnic areas and clean restrooms. Beautiful scenery.

We like to head up to Blue Springs. Beautiful area with a number of walks plus you can swim in The Springs as well. Depending on when you go it is a popular haunt for Manatees in the winter

All of these are great suggestions, especially Lake Louisa and Blue Springs. If you don't want to go too far, there is also the Lake Tibet-Butler Preserve not far from Disney: floridahikes/tibetbutler Just wandering around the lakes of Celebration is also enjoyable (nectarrealestate/blog...d-bike-trails/).

You could even just go for a stroll around lovely Lake Eola in downtown Orlando: orlando.gov/Parks-the-En...Lake-Eola-Park

Another of our faves is the Disney Wilderness Preserve (when it re-opens): nature/en-us/get-inv...B&gclsrc=aw.ds

And there's also the West Orange Trail: traillink/trail/west-orange-trail/ This one is great to try by bike, and this company offers rentals: orlandobikerental/
