We're due to fly 27th Sept for 14 nights at Disney and 10 nights at HRH for Universal. I think after this and Disneys announcement, as long as flights are going, we'll cancel our 14 days at Disney and book a villa instead then do our 10 nights at HRH as planned. We'll just have 2 weeks relaxing, shopping, day trips to the beach etc rather than Disney.

September is when I'm going too and likewise I'm going to wait and see what Disney offer. But if I'm not happy it'll be Sapphire Falls for me.

Just got this info from the same page.

Face coverings at the Universal hotel pools.

Here's what a Loews Hotels spokesperson shared with us:
Guests are required to wear their face covering while traveling to and from our hotel pool areas. Once seated and maintaining social distancing of at least 6 feet between travel parties or using the water features, they may remove their face covering. Face coverings are not allowed in the pool or on the water slides. We require that guests wear their face covering while using any common areas of the pool including restrooms and bar areas. Guests are required to maintain social distancing with other (non-traveling party) guests while using the water features.

I really like that Universal seem to be prioritising hotel guests, I’m a huge Disney fan but they seem to have just wiped the slate clean, if Disney is still restricted to booking park days and reduced offerings next year we could stay at the hard rock for less than we’ve paid for AKL!

I’ve just checked out Cabana Bay after the recommendations on here. Looks fab!

Yes. I've priced up Royal Pacific and it's a similar price to what I'm paying for POFQ!
