I want to plan a trip to DLP for New Years Eve in December 2010, but you cannot view hotel prices on the official DLP website yet.

When will November and December prices and bookings be made available?

They will out out around the end of May beginning of June.

Christmas tends to be released a bit later in the year, but I'd check frequently as you never know!
