The offer on Telly?

Has anyone booked this? They are saying adults can go from £199 and kids under 12 go free?

I have just had a quick look for February 8th for 2 nights (I think this is half term? ) I would have to go then because I work in a school. I was quoted £436 on the website though I cant remember the name of the hotel either.

Is the offer only on on for the "not so good" hotels (as in they are a distance from the parks?) Sorry - its just that I have never been to DLP before so dont have a clue what the layout is like or if we would need transport? I have heard its very expensive when you get there.

If I was to book a 2 night 3 day break for 2 adults and 2 kids that are 2 yeard old and 3 yeard old, how much spending money would be realistically need?

Thanks
Julie

It's FROM £199 per adult, so £436 sounds about right.

offers.disneylandparis/...rom-150.xhtml?

The 'other' hotels are absolutely fine, they are in a great location and have shuttle buses to the park, we have stayed in both the Cheyenne ('real onsite') and the Circus hotel (slightly offsite) and enjoyed them both

Work out when you would arrive/depart as 2 nights doesn't give you much time there if you arrive after midday and leave at lunchtime. We did a 4 night stay which worked out well, but 3 nights would be my absolute minimum.

Not sure about spending money as the exchange rate is totally different to when we travelled - but it's not cheap to eat there.

I;ve just had a quote for 2 nights at the Santa Fe on Feb 8th, and it's only £300 or £305 for the Cheyenne (which would be my choice)

They only have a selected amount of rooms set aside for the deals in every hotel, so if the hotel has sold out all there special offer rooms you will be charged normal price. Best bet is to have a play with your dates and maybe hotel.

I think you were looking at one of the more expensive hotels, I had a play for 8th Feb and got good prices for all the hotels - Newport Bay was coming out around £430.

I cant remember the hotel. I just did the search for 2 nights and it brought up 3 different hotels and this one was the cheapest. One of them was £717 (or something like that) I will have another look.

How expensive is it to eat over there? I am trying to convince my husband into booking it So far, he isn't having it

It depends where you want to eat, counter service ranges from 10-15euros, and Table service from 15 euros upwards depending on where and what you eat.

I won't lie but DLRP is expensive.

You need to request a specific hotel.

from cheapest to most expensive Santa Fe, Cheyenne, Sequoia Lodge, Newport Bay, Hotel New York and the most expensive is The Disneyland Hotel (in that order)

Sequoia Lodge is the cheapest hotel with a swimming pool and sit-down restaurant, the Santa Fe and Cheyenne have a canteen style restaurant.

I think the prices for the Cheyenne are superb. Now I am wondering about a little trip...

Thanks for your replies. The offer does look superb and I would love to go but by the time we have booked flights and added on spending money, its too expensive. I just get carried away with myself and want to be there. I am missing the magic

Have you been before and how does it compare to Orlando? If I am being honest, DLP has never really appealed to me becuase to me its just not "real Disney" Mickey isn't French ha ha but I looked because it is a good offer and I just want to be there. Its good because it isnt too far to travel either.

Is it still as magical at the Americans make it?

Thanks
