No doubt they will wait another few weeks to see how the situation rolls both here and the US. However I am now resigned to the fact we will NOT be going on May 15th. As TUI have had my £4500 flight only money for almost 2 years I will hope for a swift return when they eventually cancel the May flights.🤞🤞

AT LAST... from TUI. Wet flying 22 May from BRS. Waited with everything cross that they would do the right thing. Better late than never.

We appreciate that you may have been feeling unsure about whether your flight or holiday would be going ahead. Your refund will be processed as follows: If you booked online your refund will be credited back onto your original payment method (or methods) within 14 days of when you receive this email. If you booked in a TUI store we’ll contact you within 14 days of when you receive this email to arrange your refund. We may call from an unknown number so please keep an eye out for this. If you booked in another travel agent we’ll contact your travel agent Edited at 07:15 PM. |

UPDATE
Obviously our flight from Bristol on the 15th May to Sanford was cancelled. I spoke with TUI and didn’t want to reschedule to next year yet as we still do not know the US position. TUI agreed full refund on £4625 and it was in my credit card account 48 hours later. Excellent service. Now of course I am watching the Florida situation closely and prices for flights next May or Sept from Bristol. I understand others have had problems but I cannot fault TUI either in last years reschedule or this years refund. Additionally I really enjoy flying in the Dreamliner premium with them. Well done TUI. |
