Are you sure there wasn’t anything in your booking that flagged up the closures? I booked with Disney direct so I knew those facilities wouldn’t be available at the time of booking. I do take your point about paying full price etc but, as there is an alternative on offer at NB, I'm not sure you will be offered anything by way of compensation.

If you do wish to complain then you would need to direct your complaint to Magic Breaks, Disney informed Travel Agents of this closure some time ago.

Magic Breaks have a specific section of their website which lists the pool closures:
magicbreaks/genera...sure-schedule/

They also include this text on all bookings when the pool is closed along with the prices:

If you feel you weren't informed when you booked, then best to email them to log your complaint customercare@magicbreaks.co.uk

i agree with others - NBC themeing fits summer better and Sequoia Lodge fits winter better, I'd ask for a move to NBC as you will want to use the gym and pool.

I have a personal preference for SL as I prefer a cosy, homely feel. But there is no denying that NPB is absolutely lovely - stayed there in Sep 2017 and it was great.
