A shout out for amazing service - Lancashire

Today was our last day on holiday in Morecambe and DS3’s 11th birthday. To celebrate, we booked afternoon teas and arranged for a birthday cake at Bell’s Cottage Tearooms in Heysham. It was wonderful and they could not have done more for us. We asked if there was a cake we could buy for his birthday, expecting a Victoria sponge with buttercream and they made him a 3 tier, fully iced cake with happy birthday 11 on the top for less than half of what we’d expect to pay. Absolutely blown away. If you have chance to visit, it’s wonderful. Incredible scones and cakes. The very best of British!
