How long did you have left on your passes? Just checked MDE and mine are still showing. Wonder if they are automatically cancelling International passes due to travel restrictions?

Our tickets are showing an expiry of 8th August on MDE.

We were hoping to be able to use them next Easter and had asked numerous times by email. They told us the would pass it on to the AP team.

It means our Summer and Christmas trips worked out at £639 per person. We were hoping to get this Easter out of them - they cost £970 each.

Option for next Easter is 14 day tickets at £459, plus around £280 in parking charges. Its no longer viable to get an annual pass to avoid parking charges.

So even more confusing. We upgraded 2 Ultimate to the DVC gold pass on Nov 30th both were paid with different cards. One Card has a refund of $229 £181. So what is this refund? 1 pass or 2? and is it just the dates the parks were closed? All v confusing

Answering myself here.. a gold pass was 699 plus tax / that by 365 * 110 (i think the number of days the parks closed) = 210+ 6.5% tax = 224, so I think I have been refunded 1 pro rata pass refund... now where is the other refund!

So your expiry date hadn't been extended for the closure period? Ours are showing the 4 month extension (changed from 3 May to 28 August).

At least you got 2 trips from your passes, we upgraded our 14-day tickets in May 2019 as we planned to go April 2020 so we paid an extra £250 pp to upgrade the 14-day tickets to APs for nothing! It's a shame Disney are only offering the option of a refund and are not offering to freeze non-US APs until the travel restrictions are lifted

We paid £1700 for 4 tickets to be upgraded from 21 days to AP. We upgraded june 19 thinking we would be using them in May 20.

I’ve got a feeling I am going to get not much back

We're trying to speak to someone in person. We were hoping they would rather extend our passes than pay out money.
Our argument is going to be that, although they have refunded for when the parks were shut, we can't use them now that the parks have reopened. We'll happily pay them back our refund to be able to use them next Easter.
We'll let you know how we get on,.
