They've offered us a move to a different resort and at half board when we've paid all inclusive.

We need to be in original resort as we're part of a bigger family group staying in a villa there.

Fingers crossed they confirm this week either way.

We’re off to Tenerife on 31 July and I’ve printed off the form and completed it. Do I have to do the online part as well or is just the form sufficient does anyone know?

You can use either the paper version or the online version. You cannot complete the online version until max 48 hours before the flight, that’s when it is supposed to be done. If you do the online version, you will be sent a QR code which you can show on a smartphone or tablet.

A separate form is required for each member of your party.
