Refund of Disney Tickets from Attraction Tiuckets.com

We are sadly in the process of cancelling our Disney 2020 holiday - we were due to fly mid August.
AttractionTckets.com have said they will withhold 20% of what we paid for the tickets if we cancel. Our travel insurance indicates that attraction tickets are not covered.
Has anyone had any experience in cancelling park tickets and how to obtain a full refund?

The only thing you could do is request for them to keep the 20% on your account in case you plan on buying any more tickets. They are doing this for me and the credit will be kept on till the 31st October 2021.
