Our passes are due to expire in August - and they're still showing August. Anyone else not showing an extension?

We bought and used them last summer and planned to use them again this Easter.

Does anyone know what sort of refund we could expect - is it just the months the parks have been closed? Someone mentioned it was from park closure to pass expiry date.

We're looking at going next Easter, has anyone heard of passes being extended for a trip in 2021?

Anyone heard anything about a refund yet? I asked for one and have noticed my pass was not extended, however am still waiting on what the refund would be

Ours aren't showing an extended date either - are anyone's? They also haven't responded to emails about it either.
I'm wondering if they are waiting until the parks actually open?

Ours expire in Aug 22nd 2020 - the current expiry date has been extended to Dec 22nd 2020 - on MDE.

Interesting. Ours expire 8th August and are still showing that date.
They have not responded to the last 2 emails we have sent.

We’ve just asked for a refund. Ours ended in June and there is no way now due to money that we can rebook. It’s just everytime I talk to them it says at the bottom of the email that they don’t have timescale and I don’t think they have to refund so can’t even really threaten them with a charge back or anything so I’ve kinda given up.

I did at one point look at going in may next year and they wouldn’t agree to extend to that point even though universal are doing this for a lot of people.
