Disney haven't asked people to pay as far as I know

I paid the balance on 14 days tickets for Nov 2021 a fortnight ago but never received confirmation of payment or dispatch so I emailed them and got the following reply from Orlando Attraction Tickets:
Thank you for your email, Tickets which are being used after the 26th September are special tickets which are not being printed until after the 24/8, this is due the 50th Anniversary. As soon as we have these they will be dispatched to you and an email will be sent with your tracking number. Sounds like new tickets will definately be up for sale in August then. |
