Help with MDE & linking tickets
Hi all,
Before I call their customer service team, I wonder if anyone has had the same issue as us on My Disney Experience website and could help. I was trying to link our tickets (part of a package booked through TUI) to the account, but when I do, it tells me that the other member of my party has linked them. The tickets don’t appear though, and it won’t let us book a park reservation (for May 2021). My friend tried to do it and had to do the same thing, and she got the same message - saying that she had already linked the tickets. It tells us we have to add the relevant people to our party, but we’ve already done that. But neither of us can see the tickets. We can only see our hotel booking. Has anyone else had this issue?
