BA holidays - May 2021
Hi all
Feeling a bit meh today. Just came back from a few days in Paignton for a little break and it seems while the rest of the country soaked up the sun yesterday I was wearing a hoody on the beach under grey clouds! Just made me sad that I wish I was in Florida. I’ve booked to go next May and I’m reading posts of BA cancelling some flights for next year already? I’ve also read that they are still flying from LGW on a Saturday. I’m due to be going on 08.05.21 which is a Saturday from LGW. Can anyone clarify this is the case? Can’t see anything on the website. I do hope we all get there next year. The more I watch the news I’m beginning to think it might not happen. The situation here now and the cases there. Sorry to moan just having an off day and wishing I could get prepared for next year but still don’t know what’s happening! I appreciate there are a lot of people in the same boat. Thank you.

Booked to go the end of April 2021 with ba but if this don't improve,going to change to a later date ,trying to stay positive .

Thank you. Have you done your ESTAs yet? Oh I don’t know whether I should get them now or wait til I know for sure if we are going. Problem is I need to make sure I get them in time!

I believe you can still apply for them even if we aren’t allowed to travel at the moment. Yes there are suspended for the moment but I’m just thinking of next year.

I done my ESTAS soon as I booked last month and all approved (also done ati on holiday booking even tho many advised against)
