BA Avios Avis problem!

On our cash booking voucher it says the following are included:

Customer Facility Fee
State Surcharge
Tire & Battery Fee
Veh License Fee
Third Party Liability (TPL)
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Unlimited Mileage

There's nothing else we actually need is there? It says all mandatory charges are included.

Bookings made with Avios have all the required insurance too.

I also had problems trying to book car hire through the Avios website using my points and credit card so I called them yesterday and booked it over the phone. Only issue was that they couldn’t link the booking to my Avis Preferred account. I rang Avis this morning and they linked it.
