Florida Escapes - no Disney Tickets?

Just having a 'little' worry. We booked 6 nights at OKW with dining plan and full package through Florida Escapes. Just realised we haven't been sent any Disney tickets. Never been on site before so do we just get them plus our magic bands when we check into OKW or am I meant to have them before we leave?

If it's an on-site package with tickets then you don't get any physical tickets, either beforehand or when you arrive. Have you linked your reservation to MDE? Can you see your tickets on MDE? As long as that all shows, then your good to go. You'll just use your magic bands as your tickets

You only get magic bands when staying onsite, no actual tickets. You will be given your magic band at check in which will have your park tickets, room entry and dining credits all linked to it. Have a great holiday.

Your Disney tickets are linked to your magic bands . You will use your bands to enter your room and each theme park.
We love OKW, we are back there In August!

As others have said, your tickets are linked to your Magic Band which you collect at check in.

Bumping this thread - do you mind me asking if you did get anything hard copy through the post from Florida Escapes before your trip - just wondering if I should expect to receive something or not. Thank you

No I didn't get any hard copies from Florida Escapes after I requested the code to connect the magic bands. Once I bought the magic bands I then connected them online. Our friends did however have a few problems with the bands - not sure if it was because we did it this way or whether there was a problem with the actual band.

Thanks for the info - did you get anything from FE with regards to the free gift card (if you had it included?) I’m just wondering how Disney will know that we’re eligible for it if we don’t get a voucher or anything from Florida Escapes? Thanks and sorry for all the questions 😆

If you have booked a disney stay with dining package and tickets log onto your MDE account and you will see it all listed. Magic bands are included in the cost of on site stays. If you don't have an MDE then create one and link your disney stay stay to it with the booking refrence you should have.
