We did this with no issue. Arrived on a Wednesday, went to MK on the Thursday. We didn`t do Disney every day as went to Universal etc, then 2 weeks after the first Thursday, day 15, we went to Blizzard Beach with no issue. We just scanned the tickets on the gate and in we went.
As long as you`ve not used up the 14 days by day 14 its fine to use on day 15

We used our 14 day tickets on day 15 just last December so know it can be done once at least 1 day was skipped along the way. The photopass aspect though only lasts for the first 14 days, it was not available on day 15.

While I can't remember exact wording I do remember there was some reference to 15 days under 'my tickets' on MDE. I do know that it only showed up on MDE when viewed via a particular source. I think it was when viewed via MDE app on my mobile (and possibly iPad) but not via MDE on laptop, but it's possibly the other way around. It didn't give an explanation or anything, but it did show expiry date or some reference to 15 days.
