It's not about whether you've been to Disney or not, I feel like that would be a bit discriminatory to be honest since not everyone can afford to! It's about whether you have the passion for the company and the type of personality to suit being a CM.

From talking to others here, it seems that the process is most difficult for Brits. We had to pay so much in travel expenses to even attend out interviews and there was a harsher application process. I don't know why, and it's really annoying to all of us as we had to work so hard when people from everywhere else seem to have walked right into a job! A lot of people were recruited by Disney and were visited by them at uni and literally handed the opportunity. My application was nothing to do with uni and I had to do it all by myself, and it was very difficult!

But yeah, there's a lot of people who have never been here before. Disney trains us all as if we are a blank canvas, they are very thorough!
