Mobile One day visit to the beach advice

We won’t be staying over so it’s literally a day. Which beach is close and fun?
Is there little beach shops, cafe’s etc we can’t just sit on a beach all day we would be bored lol
No boat trip as my daughter will be sick lol
Parking advice?
Where to eat advice?
Is is easy to find?
Thank you

If you want quiet beaches, beautiful scenery and wildlife, I can highly recommend Fort Desoto.
It’s about a 90 minute drive, but well worth it.
We go Kayaking at Fort Desoto, then a bit of Fishing, some shelling and the lunch under the parasols at the pier looking at the dolphins in the bay... Paradise 😎😎😎

My favourite is Cocoa Beach, there is lots going on, only been a few times and as we have had young children, we tend to park at ron jons, a really good store , hit the beach, then go for a walk , theres fast food joints locally and its a great hot beach with plenty going on... just my opinion though. it has its fair share of beach bums. but its a tourist spot. just saying... plus its a great drive with lots to see on route including the disney cruise liners and the space station... or 2nd would be clear water . either way have fun...

Siesta Key is a 2 hour drive from Orlando...
The Village has lots of places to eat and plenty of little shops.
The public beach has free parking with toilet/ facilities.
Yoder's ...you have to go ..just to get the peanut butter pie..

Do you want to spend 5 hours in the car for a day trip?

It depends where you start from but the drive to the East coast is less congested and Flagler beach might suit you.

Our vote goes here too

Plus you can go over the Sunshine Skyway bridge which is a really great thing to do.
