Cancelling a flight advice

Two of our intended party of 18 have pulled out of our big family holiday and I had booked and paid for their Delta Man-JFK-TPA return flight tickets myself through Omega Travel. I booked them separately as they were coming for less time than the rest of us.

Before I contact them, does anyone have any advice on what I should expect back when I call them - nothing or the taxes refunded? It has also been suggested to me that I should try and cancel through Delta but not sure whether that is possible though they may have given me an opportunity as the JFK stopover has been reduced from above to below 3 hours and a cancel flight option is showing.

The flights are late July returning mid-Aug. Any advice appreciated before I start making calls.

Do you mean thaere's an option to cancel the whole flight for the two people who don't want to go only? If so, that's what you should do. If not, check your booking conditions for those flights, likely it will be taxes only, or nothing so close to the date.
