Getting to know the DIBB

Can I have some quick advice from anyone who moved their AKL booking due to refurbs?
What did you put in the email? Did you ask upfront to be moved?
Hoping to email ASAP. Thanks x |

I called initially and got nowhere. So then I emailed asking what the alternatives for accommodation were. Meantime the news broke that Disney had changed their stance so I called. I was immediately put through to Guest Services who offered me a move to 4 resorts. I eventually got a reply to my email saying they could see I’d already been moved so we’re closing my complaint.
So my advice is don’t email, phone. Mind you I booked direct with Disney. If you booked elsewhere I’m not sure what the right thing to do is. But if you want a move put that in the email. |
