I think it will depend if you want a lightweight cases or just any old case. For lightweight ones we found it actually cheaper to get them in the UK. If you don't care about brand or weight you can get some bargains in the US.

We stick an Eastpak Terminal holdall in our suitcase to give us more luggage space for the way home. Had one for about 4 years and still as good as new - made of really strong material.

IT lightweight suitcases are half price at Matalan at the moment matalan/homeware/t...avel?q=luggage

I did manage to get one from Tesco direct but all out of stock now.
