I have to disagree with a lot of these posts. No way eating out is more expensive in Orlando than the UK. It’s more expensive than it used to be and exchange rate exacerbates this. However, you go into a Chillies, Millers, Uno etc and compare what you get v’s restaurant in the UK you are winning by miles in their restaurants. Great meal for family of 4 there including tip $80, similar standard here over £100. You have to take into account things like your kids refilling their drinks and having 3 or 4 which you’d never let them do here, quality of food, portion size etc. Imagine putting a Miller’s Ale House here with that quality of food and range of drinks - you’d be charged a fortune! Parks are expensive yes but then so would be eating at any event or place here where there is a captive audience.

Trouble is that it used to be dirt cheap there when you were getting 1.6-1.8 dollars to the £!

I was with a colleague yesterday who also happens to own a number of restaurants in the LA area, and we were talking about this. He said with costs and competition- the restaurants are struggling to make money hence why they are jacking up the prices.

Oatmeal and beef suet both of which can be in a black pudding.

So no blood in the white pudding.
