Hello, new to the DIBB, been to WDW several times, gong again in November 2019.

First time for us going in a Disney Hotel (Port Orleans Riverside) and doing the dining plan (standard).

Want to get things very organised as have plenty of time (although that'll probably go quickly), what planning tools do you recommend? Are you the spreadsheet king/queen or do you have itinerary planning apps like tripit or old fashioned planning in a book?

There will be 3 couples, me and my wife in POR, and my sister and her husband with my folks in AKL. So want to try to get meals etc together and be able to sort fastpasses out.
