Hi, we have planned to have a late start/evening EMH at DHS one night during our stay. Just wondered if there was anywhere we should try not to miss for a table service meal?

Sci-fi diner! We absolutely loved it there last year. It’s really cool (in both senses of the word), food was great and it was really relaxing. The kids were chilled out as well watching the screens and it’s a real break from the heat and noise outside. Plus you’re eating in a car, what’s not to like?!

We love sci-if dine in, but the food is hit and miss for us. We keep saying we're not going back but it ends up on our list each year. Mamma Melrose is ok when we've been, but reading some recent reviews it sounds like the food has improved. There's always Hollywood Brown Derby if you feel like splashing out or using two credits 😊

Apart from the shenanigans we love the food at 50’s..The fried chicken is too die for as is the pot roast..Oh and the cocktails are awesome..

Is the Brown Derby worth a 2 credit hit though? Provisionally booked a late afternoon at T-Rex then planning to make our way to HS from there as most of the bookings available clashed with our FP.

Personally I would swap your late afternoon at T. rex for the same at Brown Derby on the Fantasmic package. It’s good value paying oop at $65 per adult (Hollywood and vine is $55 for the package). It’s also not the worst use of 2 credits. (You should be looking for a spend of around $38 per credit). It’s a fantastic place, very under rated imo. It’s one of the first to make our list every year.
