Mobile Flight time changed but car hire not?

Hi all,
I have just paid off the balance of our holiday. Our flight time was moved to an earlier flight, when doing final checks noticed the car hire time hasn’t changed? Would you contact virgin or not worry? We land at 2pm car hire says collect at 17.55
Thanks
Kate

If I’m not mistaken your car hire starts from the time you pick up, even if you are slightly early.
But your car will have to be taken back around that time also!

Taking the car out through the barrier is what dictates things and if you've booked Alamo through Virgin you get 2 hour's grace if late (29 minutes if not Virgin)

A very similar thread from a week ago here.

Doing skip the counter will hasten your journey out of MCO but might have the opposite effect bringing your return time forward.

Do some dummy times as I suggested in post #11 in my linked thread to see how it works but as Mr Morrow says you may have to invoke the 2 hour rule when you pick the car up.

As above. You have a 2 hour leeway with Virgin. Your pick up time will be dictated by the flight time and Immigration. Nothing you can do about that.

Thanks, this is my third trip but feel like I’ve forgotten everything. I’ll do OLCI and as long as not too quick through immigration should be ok with the 2 hour rule.
