Galaxy's Edge Reservations now available at WDW

I got breakfast on the day I wanted no problem. But was having a nightmare last night and today getting the light saber experience on the same day as breakfast. Kept coming up something went wrong.
I phoned there, and after 50 minutes I have a reservation for the experience.
The pressure as it’s for my sons birthday, and wanted his actual birthday not the day after or before.
He will be one happy 8 year old boy!

Managed to book Savi's last night for November (was my primary HAVE TO GO! ) then other members of the family have booked for droid depot for them at the same time and we've got the whole party booked for Oga's later on (going to try smugglers run inbetween!) Love the fact we've managed to secure the things we wanted, was gutted to find out the extra extra magic hours end the day of our arrival, I was so worried I wouldn't get a chance to build my lightsaber, but I can now yay! Next thing to decide which style saber I want :-)

If GE is busy and not letting more people in and you have a reservation you will be allowed into GE - that's what was noted on disneyland's system so I assume they'll do the same at WDW


Quick question for everyone, how are you getting your lightsaber home, particularly those flying with Virgin

I would keep going for a reservation for 4.

The capacity numbers are strictly licensed. Your reservation is for a time when they’re likely to be booked to capacity. I think there’s a strong chance a 4th person will not be admitted sadly.

You can cancel the lightsaber/droid experience 24 hours before with no charge, otherwise it’s payment on arrival. You’re not just buying a droid/lightsaber but taking part in an experience

You won’t need it if you don’t have alcohol but Disney does ask for passports if purchasing ( you will get a whole load of responses ranging from i never have to show mine to they wouldn’t serve me without it) it depends who you get serving you on the day but you will need some Id for alcohol anyway .

You need a CC to secure the reservation, however, you don't pay until the day.

Just be aware if you no show without cancelling 24 hours ahead you will be charged the $199.99.
