I go to sleep on my back with my hands tucked up at the top of my chest ! I’m not sure how long I stay like that though - I elbowed my poor dh in the face last week when I was asleep !

Another side sleeper with hand under the pillow. My hands are ok but I often have sore shoulders I think from curling over.

I sleep on my front weirdly, one arm is normally tucked under me and the other is at the side.
I always wake up with extremely numb hands and really bad pins and needles, but poor circulation is a symptom of anaemia which I have. |

I sleep on my left side kind off, left arm under the pillow, a pillow tucked into my chest/tummy which then takes the weight of my right arm, then my legs are as though I am lying on my belly (basically twisted back) with my right knee pulled up.
Cant lie on my right due to dodgy hip which goes numb.

To fall asleep I HAVE to lay on my front with my left arm down by my side (under the cover), palm up. My right arm is usually holding my kindle. I can’t fall asleep in any other position but I always move them about in my sleep.

Apparently my hands spend most of the night smacking OH.
So much so that I have been put on a tablet to stop it. It doesn’t matter how I fall asleep the end result is hitting him 🤷 I do have a neurological condition though |

Stuf my hands, at the moment I have Achilles problems so I’m sleeping in 2 heavy plastic foot and ankles supports. I managed to keep them on till about 2 am and then I’m taking them off. I will probably need to wear them for about 6 weeks.

Wow, not comfortable at all. Hope you get some improvement soon. They must be wrecking your sleep pattern.
