capture and release everything,I would never deliberatley kill another living thing ,my philosophy is treat everything how you would like to be treated yourself,I taught my kids the same and they dont kill them either but the youngest daughter is terrified of most buggy things and calls me to get rid of them

I ignore until I can no longer see them. Out of sight, out of mind UNLESS they are spiders In the bedroom then the hubby has to get rid of them. I read once that we eat like 9 spiders a year or something in our sleep and now if there is a spider anywhere near the bedroom it gets sucked up the hoover.

I hate flies and wasps so they get guided outside (one of us chasing it around it a book trying to waft towards the patio) but if they do not conform then they get swatted.
We have never had a bee in the house
I don’t mind spiders at all but my daughter will scream her head of until my middle son or my husband rescues it and puts it outside
Moths, only had the odd one in summer, they never seem to last the night so they are left alone.
When it’s wet outside wood lice decide to crawl inside, I hate them and do not rescue them. They get killed 🤮

When my daughter was about three years old, she found a wood lice and popped it in a matchbox declaring that one day she was going to marry it

Bees are directed out the nearest window - wasps usually too (as im worried they'll be more likely to attack if i try to hit them with something and fail) spiders are caught and released outside - i'll do up to a 'normal' housespider but the big ones are left for DH to sort! Flies and moths get swatted.

I'm allergic to wasp stings so a I always blast wasps with wasp killer spray. I leave everything else be.

I hate killing anything except mosquitoes which I will happily swat before they feed off me.

I rescue whatever I can, including snakes from the pool and will relocate black widow spiders complete with eggs if they are inside the screening in the pool area (my American neighbour thinks I'm crazy). My view is all life (excluding mozzies) is precious and I can't stand people who kill things for the sake of it.

Genuinely can’t believe how many murderers we have on here !

And find it surprising how some people will kill certain insects but leave others alone . And that there is no consistency in which insects are the ones for the bullet

It's a no brainer for me with mozzies I'm afraid. They are the deadliest animal on earth.
