Attraction Tickets and BA
Just wanted to drop a post to praise the customer service of BA and Attraction Tickets, both companies have dealt with my enquiries really well and have processed the various refunds in a timely manner
Will defintley be booking with them again when we are able to travel to Florida again Hope everyone that is in the process of sorting refunds etc out are getting the same experience

I agree, BA refunded me within a few days. Have always flown with them and will continue to do so.

I think a lot of people may think in future about who they book with, good customer service really does count for a lot in my opinion. Like everyone I need a good price but some of the horror stories I have hard during this pandemic have made me cross a few businesses off my list

We've had a great experience with Attraction Tickets. Cancelled our hotel and park ticket package with them and had a full refund within 5 days. Will definitely use them again.

Same here both these companies dealt with refunds for our August holiday quickly. Also shout out to Klook really quick with universal refunds once flight was cancelled.

We had our trip booked with both BA & Attraction Tickets, again a big thumbs up for both, amazing service at this tough time.

I have used BA for years and years to Florida.
My trip not cancelled, (Hoping not) but have always had a really good experience with them, the whole booking and all staff. I have flown Virgin once and felt slightly ignored, so never bothered again! I have also read some horror stories of how people have been treated due to this pandemic, not just airlines. There is one DVC company I will not be using again and this is purely due to customer service! |

I’m very loyal to BA but I had to wait nearly two months for a refund and had to chase them and my dad had to wait nearly three months for a refund and again had to chase. We booked with Avios and it was flights only do maybe that made a difference.

Have I missed a trick here? Atd only refunded me 80% so I'm out of pocket 255 quid. Not sure if I would but from them again 🤔
