Telescopes what’s good

My son will be 17 at Xmas he’s asked for a telescope to look at the moon and stars planets etc anyone recommend

Although when I bought a couple of years ago it was a lot more expensive! There are probably lots of newer ones out since then but my son is happy with it. I'm not sure if we bought it separately but my ds has a phone holder that attaches to take photos on his phone.

get one you can attach a camera (and/or phone) to, and if budget allows, get a motorised one that moves with the earth for amazing long exposures
