They are lovely pics, and even lovelier memories to have. We had a very similar view when I was young up there. We were fishing for mackerel one day (free food!) watching a pod of 6 killer whales eating all the fish we could not get out to!

I do miss the wildlife and the merry dancers, and the fish still wet from the sea. Do not miss the wet fog moving horizontally at about 20mph... for hours...

must be coming to that season... sorry...

Wonderful pics, we are going to the Highlands next week and its my dream to see the Aurora , Ive been checking the App and I hadn't realised they were visible at the moment , can you hold them for another week or so
