It’s how much protein fats and carbs you should have every day
Carbs are set at up to 20g a day
The macros are worked out by taking your height weight and lifestyle in to account
It will also tell you how many calories you are on a day

Get chronometer app and you can put your worked out macros in the app so you know how much protein etc you have left for the day hope this makes sense

Thanks - gosh it sounds very complicated - I thought it was bad enough just dealing with carbs let alone calculating other stuff too 🙄

You need to eat the right amount of protein and fats to go with your 20g a day carbs

I did this last year i lost 3 stone will post a pic. Unfortunately with no holidays booked and a 2020 which seems to have gone to the dogs. I have put some on but this thread as given me the strength to get back on the keto wagon.
Big tip for me was mouth wash. As your breath can start to smell a bit.
