Stated at both.

POFQ wins hands down for me but it’s dependent on children age. I found POR far too noisy and the pool too full of teenagers, but that again is dependent on luck when you go, there was about 100 school kids , not cheerleaders, absolutely ruined the pool for many people with younger children.

I loved POFQ, smaller, nice pool and the addition of the mini splash pool is great for younger kids. Food hall less manic and busses much better and again less manic

Another vote for FQ we have stayed in POR aswell but prefer the theme of FQ and the Food court, poolside bar and ease for the Bus stops. We walked to POR on a couple of occasions and you do get the best of both worlds as they are so close.
