over 55 menu

Has anyone ever tried this, are they really small portions and what restaurants offer it, really looking for the advantages of getting older

This made me smile! I was in a restaurant over there and the server brought me the menu -the “Seniors Menu” ! I hadn’t asked for that one but I suddenly realised that I didn’t have to 😂🙀.

Some places give you quite a lot smaller portions, while in other restaurants you can’t see any difference from the full size portion.

Joan always orders breakfast at IHOP off the 55+ menu. Absolutely no difference in serving size but a couple of $$ cheaper.

Often use the over 55 menus as they are more normal sized portions and have even been given (without asking) a seniors coffee in McDonalds which was is fine as I drink black coffee.

Oh my goodness I have eaten at all these restaurants and had no idea they had an over 55 option.
Perhaps I should be flattered I've never been offered it or perhaps they look at me and think greedy mare!

Quick, tell me what face cream you use - it’s obviously working well 👶

I'm pretty sure Sweet Tomatoes has a seniors discount. We laughed when we looked at the menu as DS is 12 (a giant of a 12yr old, will be 13 6 weeks after we get home) and he will be half price too. My husband joked that we could put them out of business if we ate there too many times!
