Animal kingdom crowds today
It’s so busy today... currently 190 minutes for FoP! Was recommended by many different sites that AK least crowds but this is the busiest we’ve ever seen it! How are other parks?

I’ve been Easter, summer etc and never this busy! Queue for parking at 0830 was ridiculous! Still having good fun and weather beautiful.

It’s very busy in MK too.
Luckily we got here early and had good fps so we’ve gotten plenty done. Just in the Mine train fp queue which is a long one then we’re heading off to enjoy the sun by the pool. |

It’s Presidents Day tomorrow, so might mean more crowds this weekend

It was Presidents Day weekend. Which is sort of like a Bank Holiday weekend here in the UK. Therefore the parks would've been pretty busy.
I remember being in AK on the Sunday of Presidents Day weekend back in 2006 (I think) and it was manic! We went on the safari first thing and when we came off the area around the entrance to the safari was heaving. Thankfully the parks were only busy for a couple of days.

President's Day is the reason we booked Discovery Cove for today 😉

Was like that for the whole 2 weeks we were there (got back 9th Feb).
Just busy. We did manage to ride FOP by hitting the Q 5 mins before closing and only waiting 35 minutes. Despite the time showing at 180!

If you look at the wait time levels* for the last 4 weeks or so, you'll see that AK was significantly busier this weekend than at any other time in that period:
The peak wait times were 10 out of 10. That's really busy. Prior to that the peak wait time levels averaged around 6 out of 10. It was similar at HS and Epcot (although Epcot didn't get up to 10): Epcot was around 4 out of 10 and then rose to 8 or 9 this weekend. So this last weekend at the parks was much busier than the rest of Feb and similar to Christmas crowds (at least in terms of wait times). (*I know wait time levels aren't the same thing as crowd levels, but it's the only info we have).
