They are only there some of the time- went on it twice last August and they were there the first time, but not the second.
Also when it gets busy they knock off all the outside part of the ride where it goes outside the monument building - takes a bit off the atmosphere but speeds up the queue.
I thought Kong’s was great, better when you get the outside bit.

This is off topic but does anyone know where the single rider line is at Kong? It's advertised everywhere that they have one but I don't remember seeing a single rider line in all the times I've been there - there just seems to be the standby line on the left and the express pass line on the right.

I normally stay at RPR so get Express but this time I'm only there for 2 days on my way to a work function and won't have Express but will be alone so wanted to take advantage of single rider line as it's one of my fav rides!

Has anyone ever used single rider line at Kong?

Didn’t have anyone jump out at us when we were there in November.

Not for us last July, luckily, I prob would hit anyone jumping out on me!

Glad someone mentioned about going outside...we did it first time but not next 2 and I could figure out how that worked, so assumed I imagined it!

Love this ride, love all the films and find it very atmospheric...my fam were meh...left them doing stupid coasters...

Its hit or miss if they have the scare actors these days. Probably depends on their staffing levels, if they have extra staff members available they use them.

I think only on busy days do they deploy the scare actors, but tbh I hate them and even when they did jump out it wasn't that bad.

It was actually on the quieter of the two days, when it went outside, that the scare actor was there when we saw them?
