Upgrade to annual pass once returned
I bought 3 park 14 day Universal tickets for a holiday in June this year. I still have the tickets. I might be able to get away to Florida for a week in February, is it possible at this stage to upgrade the tickets to an annual pass?

I don't think so. I'm sure it's the same as Disney and have to be upgraded before they expire. If you used them in June they would have expired at the end of the 14 days.
