Mobile Is anyone only just getting into Stranger Things on Netflix?

I’ve only just finished watching series 1. Netflix have slightly peed me off with the photo they have with the blurb you see before you press play. If you’ve seen the same thing and had stuff ‘spoiled’ for you, you’ll know what I mean 😉

I started it when it first came out, but only got part way through S1E2. Thought I'd give it another go last weekend and am just getting to the last few episodes of S2.

It's ok, and I like the nods to classic Stephen King and the 80s, but it's not AMAZING.

I'll probably finish off the rest of this season, then take a break to Bing the final season of ORange Is The New Black 😀

I agree, I only thought it was “ok” too. I will watch seasons 2 and 3, but it’s not grabbing me in the same way as other shows have.

My daughter and I have just started watching too. We have binged watched Series 1 and are currently half way through Series 2. Enjoying it but not as much as we thought we would. Have been hearing about a similar Indian series called Typewriter so may try and watch that too.

DD was looking for something new to watch, so we thought we’d give this a go. Have now watched all 3 seasons. Agree it isn’t must view tv, but we enjoyed it and I’d happily watch a season 4. I love all the 80s film references and music. DD has started listening to The Clash as a result.
I’m much happier having her watch this than something like Love Island.

We only watched it recently, binge watched series one and two over a couple of weekends and then waited about six weeks fir series three. We loved it.

I am trying t work out what you mean about the photo and blurb spoilers? Don’t understand, I have never had anything spoiled by a photo on Netflix.

It took me 3 attempts to get past episode 3 but I’m so glad I did. I really enjoyed it and watched the full 3 series in about a fortnight!

Maybe it’s just me? I watch Netflix through my Virgin box. Every episode I’ve watched of season 1 has started with a photo (where I press play) of a “missing child” who’s very much alive and well. And a “shaven haired” character with rather long hair! It really annoyed me. I was only on season 1!
Still going to watch 2 and 3 though
