Just watching this on Netflix. Documentary about Cambridge Analytica, Facebook, Russia and the Trump and Brexit campaigns. Really interesting and frightening.

i've been following the story for ages now, so didnt really learn anything new, but more people need to watch this and learn that the brexit campaign should be declared null and void, and the perpetrators prosecuted and put in jail

a bunch of new emails were released recently which proves CA worked on the campaign for UKIP. banks paid ukip for the CA work, but UKIP never actually paid CA

I believe the electoral commision already effectively ruled it to be void, but because it wasn't a binding referendum that pretty much meant nothing as there was no requirement to act on the result anyway.

yeah, whilst not technically ILLEGAL, the decision to act upon it should be nullified...
