Questions to as villa owners?

Starting to make tentative plans for 2021 and we’re looking to do part of the stay in a villa. Last time we were fully onsite so this is all new to me. What questions should I be asking, what things should I be looking out for in adverts? Scared I’m going to make a mistake that will cost us a lot of money!

But for starters theirDWE lincence number
Address to check taxes are up to date
If photographs on web site adverts etc are up to date reviews although a lot of people don't write or post them how long they have owned
Terms and conditions i.e. Deposit payment terms etc
Have in your mind what you are looking for
Have fun looking I'm sure the perfect villa is out there for you

I agree with Gryff.
Check license is valid and taxes are up to date.

Ask about the area, stuff nearby.

If the villa has cctv or safe.

Ask about how you gain entry. Lockbox? Code on door? Do you need to pick up keys somewhere?

Have you looked in the Dibb villa section? Lots of villas to choose from that are legit.

You can’t go far wrong booking a Dibb villa
Our next trip I will be booking via The Dibb again
